# Soldier General Duty Posts:
According to the Indian Army, department declares age limit notification rule applicant must be minimum 17½ years old and upper 21 years old Upper 21 years old applicant will not submit their registration form or can not attend the Indian army recruitment rally.
# Soldier Clerk/Nursing Assistant Posts:
If the applicant wants to join an army clerk position then the candidate age limit also applicable. Minimum 17½ years and maximum 23 years old candidates can attend the Indian rally bharti.

Minimum age of candidates for this post should be 17 years 6 month and the upper age should be 23 years.

UNA Army Open Bharti Physical Steps(शारीरिक परीक्षण):-
Candidates must be physically fit to be allowed to the ARO Hamirpur Army Open Rally. Join in the Indian army to be capable to complete the physical step, whose full information is given below in full details.

Una Army Rally Race Distance and Timing
The candidates who have completed the first point of the race in Una Army Open Rally those candidates will be approved for next physical steps. Indian Arms Forces, the race is the primary point of physical step.
Race distance – 1600 meter or 1.6 km
Candidate finished the race in maximum 5:40 minutes then Score – Max 60 marks
And if candidate achieved the race in above 5:41 to 6:00 minutes Score – Max 48 marks
Candidate Obtain their rank:
Excellent Position – must be complete the race in mini 4 minutes & maximum 5 minutes.
Good Position – must be entered at the last finished point in 5+ minutes.
Required Chest Size in Himachal Pradesh Army Open Rally
In the Una Rally, the candidate’s chest is also measured, for this the candidate should have chest size from 77 cm to 82 cm and the inflow of 5 cm should also be done.
Long Jump Required in Una Army Open Rally
Long Jump has been introduced in the Una Army Open Rally for all categories of applicants should run from some length and at least 9 feet long, the opening of the pothole/Ditch and without the touching of the last line will be done by jumping.
